PURPOSE: A metal deposition prevention apparatus and a metallic deposition prevention method are provided to prevent metal components contained in water from being deposited to an inner house unit by rapidly changing a positive electrode of an electrode unit.CONSTITUTION: An outer house unit (10) is installed on the ground for growing plants. An inner house unit (20) is installed inside the outer house unit with an interval, and is for growing plants in the inside. A water spraying unit (30) is installed on the upper center of the outer house unit for spraying water. A pump unit (40) flows underground water to the water spraying unit. An electrode unit (50) receives power for preventing metallic components in the water from being deposited on the upper side of the inner house unit. A power control unit supplies power by changing electrodes. A sunlight generation unit (70) applies power, and generates the power using sunlight. A charging unit (80) charges the power obtained from the sunlight generation unit.
