CONSTITUTION: A therapeutic composition for topical administration contains 2-50wt% of antibiotics, 2-50wt% of polyacrylic acid polymer, 2-50wt% of soluble polymer, 0.04-10wt% of antioxidative ingredient, and remaining amount of an ointment base. The antibiotics include one or more selected among minocycline, tetracycline, doxycycline, chlorohexidine, ofloxacin, tinidazole, ketonazole, and metronidazole.
