The present invention relates to a washing liquid pumping device for an oral irrigator, wherein a pumping structure for discharging a washing liquid is dually formed so that spraying is performed twice when a gear rotates once. Accordingly, discharging strength is improved, and pulsating flow is flexibly continued without discontinuous spraying, so that pain in the oral cavity is reduced and the noise of a motor is minimized. Also, oscillation transferred to a hose can be weakened. The washing liquid pumping device for an oral irrigator of the present invention comprises: a body for mounting and supporting operation components； an operating motor which is installed at the top of one side of the body to provide rotary force； an eccentric operating means which is installed in one inner side of the body and is inserted in the shaft of the operating motor to provide a deceleration ratio and generate eccentricity； a dual pumping means which is respectively installed at the top and bottom of the shaft of the eccentric operating means and reciprocates linearly in an eccentric cycle； a feeding nozzle which is connected with the inlet of the body, is equipped with an input pipe, and feeds a washing liquid towards the dual pumping means； and a discharging nozzle which is connected with the outlet of the body, is equipped with an output pipe, and discharges the washing liquid discharged from the dual pumping means.본 발명은 세정액을 토출시키는 펌핑구조를 이중으로 구성하여 기어가 한번 회전할 때 두 번의 분사가 이루어지도록 함으로써 토출세기를 향상시키면서 단속적인 분사없이 맥동류가 부드럽게 이어지도록 하여 구강내의 통증을 감소시키며, 모터의 소음을 최소화하고, 호스에 전달되는 진동을 약화시킬 수 있는 구강세정기용 세정액 펌핑장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 구동부품을 장착하여 지지하기 위한 본체； 상기 본체의 일측상부에 설치되어 회전력을 제공하는 구동모터； 상기 본체의 내부 일측에 설치되며, 구동모터의 축에 끼워져 감속비를 제공함과 동시에 편심을 발생시키는 편심구동수단； 상기 편심구동수단의 축 상하부에 각각 설치되며, 편심행정만큼 직진 왕복구동하는 이중 펌핑수단； 상기 본체의 유입구에 연결되며 입력파이프를 구비하여 이중 펌핑수단측으로 세정액을 유입시키기 위한 유입노즐； 및 상기 본체의 토출구에 연결되며, 출력파이프를 구비하여 이중 펌핑수단으로부터 토출된 세정액을 토출시키는 토출노즐을 포함하는 구강세정기용 세정액 펌핑장치를 제공한다.
