The invention relates to a dental implant guiding device configured for guiding and positioning of drill pins of a drilling machine. The dental implant guiding device includes a guiding element disposed in the mouth of the patient and a guiding ring disposed on the drilling machine assisting drill pins to be positioned on the guiding element to perform the drilling. The guiding element includes at least one guiding piece equipped with a sleeve having a channel. A guiding hole and a guiding channel are disposed at two sides of the sleeve. The guiding channel forms an opening at the outer edge of the guiding element. A hole is defined at the guiding ring which allows the drill pins to extend through. A first guiding rod corresponding to the guiding hole and a second guiding rod corresponding to the guiding channel are disposed on the two sides of the hole.
