The invention relates to COnditional Bispecific Redirected Activation constructs, or COBRAs, that are administered in an active pro-drug format. Upon exposure to tumor proteases, the constructs are cleaved and activated, such that they can bind both tumor target antigens (TTAs) as well as CD3, thus recruiting T cells expressing CD3 to the tumor, resulting in treatment.本發明係關於條件性雙特異性重導向活化構築體或COBRA，其以活性前驅藥格式來投予。在曝露於腫瘤蛋白酶後，使所述構築體進行裂解及活化以使得其可結合腫瘤靶抗原(TTA)以及CD3，因此將表現CD3之T細胞募集至腫瘤中，引起治療。
