The present invention provides: a recombinant vector for targeting a target protein in the chloroplast of a plant, wherein the target protein includes any one of four kinds of transit peptide coding base sequences derived from a PsbP protein which is kind of an oxygen evolving protein (OEC)； a method for mass-producing target proteins in the chloroplast of a plant by moving and accumulating the target proteins into the chloroplast of the plant, wherein a step of transforming a plant cell through the recombinant vector is included； a method for producing a transgenic plant capable of mass-producing target proteins in a chloroplast, wherein a step of transforming a plant cell through the recombinant vector is included； a transgenic plant capable of mass-producing the target proteins produced through the method in a chloroplast； a method for mass-producing target proteins in a chloroplast by moving and accumulating the target proteins to the chloroplast from a plant tissue, wherein a step of temporarily performing transient expression on the target proteins by inducing the recombinant vector in the plant tissue is included； and a composition for targeting a target protein in the chloroplast of a plant, wherein the target protein includes any one of the four kinds of transit peptide coding base sequences.본 발명은 담배의 산소 발생 단백질(oxygen evolving protein, OEC)의 일종인 PsbP 단백질 유래의 4종의 트랜지트 펩타이드(transit peptide) 코딩 염기서열 중 어느 하나를 포함하는 목적 단백질을 식물의 엽록체로 타겟팅하기 위한 재조합 벡터, 상기 재조합 벡터로 형질전환된 식물세포, 상기 재조합 벡터로 식물세포를 형질전환시키는 단계를 포함하는 목적 단백질을 식물의 엽록체로 이동 및 축적시켜 목적 단백질을 식물의 엽록체에서 대량 생산하는 방법, 상기 재조합 벡터로 식물세포를 형질전환하는 단계를 포함하는 목적 단백질을 엽록체에서 대량 생산하는 형질전환 식물체의 제조 방법, 상기 방법에 의해 제조된 목적 단백질을 엽록체에서 대량 생산하는 형질전환 식물체, 재조합 벡터를 식물 조직에 도입하여 목적 단백질을 일시적으로 발현(transient expression)하는 단계를 포함하는 식물 조직으로부터 목적 단백질을 엽록체로 이동 및 축적시켜 목적 단백질을 엽록체에서 대량 생산하는 방법 및 상기 4종의 트랜지트 펩타이드 코딩 염기서열 중 어느 하나를 포함하는 목적 단백질의 식물의 엽록체 타겟팅용 조성물을 제공한다.
