A heat exchanger(18) comprises: a main condenser(2) which generates condensation heat by the inflow of a high temperature and high pressure refrigerant, an evaporator(5), and a first ventilation fan(7). A mechanical chamber(22) has a compressor(1), an expansion valve(4), an accumulator(6), and an auxiliary condenser(3). A tray(21) where the storage materials are placed is equipped within the storage. A coil(26) for evaporation is equipped within the accumulator. A first flow control valve(9) is equipped between the compressor and the main condenser. A second flow control valve(10) is equipped between the compressor and the auxiliary condenser. A third flow control valve(14) controls the influx of the refrigerant ejected from the expansion valve. An exhaust duct(16) makes the exhausted circulating air flow into a heat exchange chamber.
