PURPOSE: A bioartificial skin is provided to have an effect to be used in a dermatotherapy, a dermal toxicity inspection of medical transplant and skin-attached material, and a test of cosmetics effect. Furthermore, bioartificial skin is capable of using in the physiological and the molecular research. CONSTITUTION: A bioartificial skin comprises hyaluronic acid and Cervi Cornus Colla. The bioartificial skin further includes collagen or fibroblast. A manufacturing method of the artificial skin comprises: a step of preparing the bioartificial skin by adding the fibroblast in the hyaluronic acid and Cervi Cornus Colla substrate； a step of hardening after cultivating the bioartificial skin. The bioartificial skin comprises the hyaluronic acid and the Cervi Cornus Colla which has a distinct feature of including a step of inoculating a keratinocyte on the bioartificial skin and layring after cultivating； and the keratinocyte cultivated on the bioartificial skin. [Reference numerals] (AA) Collagen+HA+gelatin of harts horn본 발명은 녹각교(鹿角膠, CERVI CORNUS COLLA)를 포함하는 인공피부 배양액 첨가제 및 인공피부 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 본 발명은 인공피부를 배양하여 제조함에 있어서, 다양한 아미노산과 무기질을 포함하는 당단백질의 일종인 녹각교를 진피 대체물 제조에 포함시킴으로써, 기저막 형성을 촉진하여 각질형성세포의 성장을 높이는 인공피부 제조방법에 대한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 녹각교가 포함된 인공피부는 각질형성세포의 증식, 분화 또는 기저막 형성을 촉진하는 효과가 우수하므로, 피부 치료, 의학적 이식 및 피부접촉물질에 대한 피부독성 검사, 화장품 효능 검사에 사용될 수 있는 효과가 있을 뿐 아니라 생리학적, 분자학적 연구에 유용하게 사용될 수 있는 효과가 있다.
