PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bone fastener which can reliably control sliding of a femoral neck screw rod, has a built-in adjusting device for controlling sliding of the femoral neck screw rod and does not need insertion of the adjusting device after putting a bone marrow rod into a broken bone.
SOLUTION: The bone fastener is provided with a femoral neck screw rod part which screws the bone fastener into a broken bone part and an intramedullary rod part which has a through-hole for supporting the femoral neck screw rod part in a movable manner. A screw thread is arranged at the end of the femoral neck screw rod part and a groove part is arranged in its intermediate part in such a way that the depth of the groove is uniform. Also, the closer to the thread, the larger its width is and the farther from the thread, the smaller it is. An angle between two side surfaces of the groove in the direction of its length is made constant. A coaxial hole part is arranged in the intramedullary rod part in the direction of its central axis so that it may intersect with the through-hole. A rotation inhibiting part for preventing the femoral neck screw rod part from rotating by engaging in the thread of the femoral neck screw rod part is arranged in the coaxial hole part. A stopper which engages in the groove part of the femoral neck screw rod part and a stopper adjusting part are arranged.
