Included are the manner and process of making the composition, administration, uses, and effective therapeutic amounts of Pantothenic acid and Alpha-lipoic acid with no adverse side effects. The composition can be used to prophylax (prevent), treat acute or chronic symptoms caused by “Burning Feet Syndrome”. In combination with certain adjuvants, carriers, vehicles and delivery systems to improve the efficacy.
