PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a domestic rice milling machine with a γ-aminobutyric acid enrichment function which reliably prepares GABA and efficiently performs GABA enrichment.SOLUTION: A domestic rice milling machine includes: a bran collection container housed so as to permit takeout into a housing a rice milling container housed in the bran collection container a vertical shaft vertically arranged rotatably on the center of a bottom part of the rice milling container and a stirring shaft for rice milling which is attached to the vertical shaft and radially arranges a plurality of stirring projection pieces toward the rice milling container. Further, the domestic rice milling machine which is configured such that, when the rice milling is started, the stirring shaft for rice milling is rotated, rice grains in the rice milling container are stirred by the projection pieces for stirring and, at the same time, are pressed against a porous wall for removing bran formed on an inner circumferential wall of the rice milling container and bran peeled from the rice grains leaks out from the porous wall for removing bran and is recovered to the bran collection container, includes a heater part which heats the rice brains in the rice milling container, a humidification part which adds moisture to the rice grains during rice milling in the rice milling container and a control part which determines an amount of addition of moisture in accordance with set values of a desired polishing degree and rice milling quantity and controls the humidification part.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】GABAを確実に生成させ、かつ、GABA富化を効率良く行う。【解決手段】筐体内に取り出し可能に収容される集糠容器と、集糠容器内に収容される精米容器と、精米容器の底部中央に回転可能に立設した縦軸と、縦軸に軸装して複数個の攪拌用突片を精米容器に向けて放射状に配置する精米用撹拌軸とを有し、精米が開始されると精米用撹拌軸の回転により、精米容器内の米粒が攪拌用突片によって攪拌されるとともに、精米容器の内周壁に形成した除糠用多孔壁に押し付けられ、米粒から剥離した糠が除糠用多孔壁から漏出して集糠容器に回収されるように形成した家庭用精米器であって、精米容器内の米粒を加温するヒータ部と、精米容器内で精米中の米粒に対して水分を添加させる加湿部と、所望の精白度及び精米量の設定値に応じて水分の添加量を決定し加湿部を制御する制御部とを設けた。【選択図】図2
