The present invention relates to a welding mask worn in an occasion for performing an electric welding. More specifically, a facial cover (2) is formed by a semi-transparent facial protective surface (21), and a photo-filter (4) installed on a filter coupling portion (3) of the facial protective surface (21) is installed on a photo-filter advancing trail (32) to facilitate the advancing. The filter coupling portion (3) has a stationing hole (5) for fixating the photo-filter (4) charged into the photo-filter advancing trail (32) and preventing the photo-filter from falling out of the original position, thus helping a worker to look around or observe the welding status without unmasking and to conduct a replacement work of a welding rod. The photo-filter (4) can be easily replaced, to guarantee a clear sight to enhance the efficiency of welding.
