APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR SANITIZING OF AN ELECTROMEDICAL DEVICE, AND USE OF A SANITIZING PRODUCT HAVING HYDROGEN PEROXIDE FOR SANITIZING OF AN ELECTROMEDICAL DEVICE
The present disclosure provides an apparatus (100) for sanitizing of an electromedical device (10). The apparatus (100) includes a housing (110) having a reception space (118) configured for receiving the electromedical device (10), wherein the reception space (118) has a volume, at least one nebulizer device (120) configured for nebulizing a sanitizing product, the at least one nebulizer (120) is located inside the housing (110) or is located outside of the reception space (118) for introducing the nebulized sanitizing product into the reception space (118), and a controller (130) configured for controlling the at least one nebulizer device (120) for introducing a plurality of doses of the nebulized sanitizing product into the reception space (118) during a sanitization process.
