A transition region (20) between a tapered folding portion (16) of the cartridge and the nozzle (14) contains reinforcing gussets (22) to help prevent splitting of the cartridge. Flow leaders (26) in the nozzle direct the flow of material during molding at the 12:00 o'clock position (28), positioning the weld line of the flow front at the 6:00 o'clock position (30).
