The safety needle includes a needle base, a puncture needle, and a safety cap. The puncture needle is inserted into the front end of the needle connecting segment of the needle base. The safety cap is engaged with the front end of the needle base. The safety cap includes a needle cap and an elastic member mounted on the needle base. The needle cap is mounted around the puncture needle. The guide blocks formed at the rear end of the needle cap are mounted in the positioning recesses in the housing of the needle base, respectively. The needle cap and the outer cap are mounted around the puncture needle to prevent the puncture needle from being exposed.
