CONSTITUTION: A hand massaging device for a steering wheel comprises: a cover(10), a leaf spring(20), and a fixing part(30). The cover comprises a plurality of pressing protrusions(12), and a cut part(11). The plate spring is installed to correspond with the inside the cover. The plate spring strongly fixes to the cover of handle(H). The fixing part is placed on the inner side of the plate spring. The fixing part fixes the plate spring and attached to the outside of the handle.본 발명은 핸들에 지압기가 설치되어 핸들의 체결력을 배가시킴과 아울러 지압효과를 극대화할 수 있으며, 특히, 핸들에 지압기의 설치 및 분리가 용이하여 사용상에 편리한 도모할 수 있는 차량 핸들용 지압기에 관한 것이다.
