PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide drugs enhancing neurotrophic factor associated with neurodegenerative disease and the like, particularly BDNF (brain-derived neurotrophic factor), mainly by oral ingestion.SOLUTION: Phospholipid is contained as an active ingredient in a BDNF production promoting agent. Phospholipid is contained also as an active ingredient in a BDNF production promoting food and drink or a feed. Although as a phospholipid a naturally-occurring one besides a chemically synthesized one is usable, preferably a food-derived one, such as a soy bean and yolk, is used, and particularly a milk-derived phospholipid is used. Ingesting the present invention or a food and drink and feed containing the present invention promotes the synthesis of neurotrophic factor in the brain. Therefore, the invention is effective in diseases in which the effect of BDNF replacement such as neurodegenerative disease is shown.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】 主に経口摂取することにより、神経変性疾患などに関わる神経栄養因子、特にBDNF(脳由来神経栄養因子)を増強させる薬剤を提供する。【解決手段】リン脂質をBDNF産生促進剤の有効成分とする。また、リン脂質をBDNF産生促進用飲食品又は飼料の有効成分として配合する。リン脂質としては、化学的に合成されたもののほか、天然由来のものを使用可能であるが、大豆、卵黄等食品由来のものを使用することが好ましく、特に乳由来のリン脂質を使用することが望ましい。本発明品又は本発明品を含む飲食品および飼料を経口摂取することにより、脳における神経栄養因子の合成を促進する。このことから、本発明品は神経変性疾患などのBDNF補充により効果を示す疾患に有効である。【選択図】なし
