The device provides light stimulation to photoreceptors (e.g. to cone cells and or/ to intrinsically photosensitive retinal ganglion cells) of an eye (e.g. of both eyes) of a user in a manner that is suitable for treating, preventing, or reducing myopia, or the risk thereof, in an indoor environment.
