A method for the treatment of a condition which is characterized by CD 123- expressing cells in a patient comprises administering to the patient (i) an antibody or antibody fragment which binds selectively to IL-3Rα(CD 123), and (ii) an immunostimulating complex which comprises saponin, a sterol and a phospholipid.Linvention porte sur une méthode de traitement dun état caractérisé par des cellules exprimant CD 123 chez un patient. Ladite méthode consiste à administrer au patient: (i) un anticorps ou un fragment danticorps se fixant sélectivement au IL-3Rα (CD 123), et (ii) un complexe immunostimulant comprenant de la saponine, un stérol et un phospholipide.
