PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional image processor and a three-dimensional image processing method that improve operability so that combination of an inspection processing tool and a target image is not confused.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional image processor is provided with: inspection executing means 50 for executing predetermined inspection processing to a distance image or a luminance image; inspection processing selecting means for selecting one or more pieces of inspection processing executed by the inspection executing means 50; and inspection processing setting means for setting inspection processing conditions targeted by each inspection processing selected by the inspection processing selecting means. In the case that the inspection processing selected by the inspection processing selecting means can be executed to both the distance image and the luminance image, the distance image or the luminance image can be selected as a setting image by the inspection processing setting means.
