PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical hair restoration device that can contribute to reducing a situation in which near infrared light is not irradiated to the head part.SOLUTION: The optical hair restoration device 1 includes a light source part 50, a control part 40, and a notification part 70. The light source part 50 includes a plurality of light emitting and light receiving elements 51. The light emitting and light receiving elements 51 have a function to output near infrared light to the head part based on a light emitting signal received from the control part 40, and a function to output a light receiving signal to the control part 40 based on the reception of the reflection light from the head part. The control part 40 measures a blood flow rate based on the light receiving signal, and outputs a notification signal to the notification part 70 based on the blood flow rate.
