The server device (11) specifies, on the basis of workers' job responsibilities, current positions within the marine vessel, and the like, a worker of whom initial handling of an abnormality is to be requested and transmits a warning screen for an operation request to the specified worker's terminal device (12). To perform the operation for the initial handling of the device that is indicating the abnormality, having accepted the operation in accordance with the request from the warning screen, the worker specifies the source of the abnormality and uses the terminal device (12) to register the specified source in the server device (11).
