The present invention relates to a non-contact calibration method and an optical device, where the device consists of a calibration light source module mounted on an image capturing lens of endoscope. The light source module projects a calibration light of normal type geometric pattern onto an inspected area when the projected calibration light is orthogonal to the inspected area. On the other hand, a distortion type of the geometric pattern is occurred when the when the projected calibration light is not orthogonal to the inspected area. Accordingly, a normal type pattern is obtained by adjusting the setting angle of the image capturing lens.一種非接觸式定標方法及裝置,於一內視鏡設備之取像鏡頭設置一定標光源模組,該定標光源模組相對於一被測量物投射一幾何圖案的定標光型,該取像鏡頭光源模組投射之光源與該被測量物為正交時,該定標光型以該幾何圖案原形呈現於該被測量物;該取像鏡頭光源模組投射之光源與該被測量物為非正交時,該定標光型以該幾何圖案變形呈現於該被測量物;據此,依據該定標光型所呈現的形狀調整該取像鏡頭的角度,以取得一正交影像。
