PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility that prevents staff from forgetting sanitization, since it has been known that many nosocomial infections are contracted through contact with medical staff who have not properly sanitized their hands.SOLUTION: A door 100 attached to a room wall 114 by hinges 112 is provided with a device 102 for promoting hand sanitization. The device 102 includes an assembly 104 coupled to a sanitizing agent dispenser 106. The assembly 104 includes a handle 116 and a latch 110 that can be operated to open and close the door 100 relative to the wall 114. The sanitizing agent dispenser 104 includes a reservoir 108 for storing a sanitizing agent.
