PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a therapy pad which provides at least one of vacuum therapy and therapeutic fluid treatment to a wound area.SOLUTION: A combination therapy pad 1300 includes a first layer 1302 and a second layer 1305 operatively coupled to the first layer. A fiber-optic array 1308 is disposed between the first layer and the second layer. A third layer 1310 is operatively coupled to the first layer.
