The present invention relates to an apparatus for cleaning dental implants, capable of cleaning various kinds of foreign matters including plaque stuck on the surface of implants after dental implantation while minimizing the wound of gums, and at the same time, enabling replacement and use of only a cleaning tool when the cleaning tool for cleaning of the implants is damaged or required to be replaced. The apparatus comprises: a main unit (100) having a sank (110) to be mounted on a handpiece formed on an upper portion, a coupling groove (120) in which the upper part of a cleaning tool is fitted is defined across one end to the other end on a lower end surface, wherein a coupling hole (130) is defined in the center part of the coupling groove and a cleaning tool (200) having a plate-shaped upper fixing unit (210) matching to the coupling groove formed on an upper part, a screw hole (240) formed in the central part of the upper fixing unit, a plate-shaped support (220) facing downward formed in both end parts of the upper fixing unit in which the screw hole is formed, and a cleaning tip (230) formed on the lower end of the support, wherein the cleaning tip and the support are inwardly bent in an arc shape in order to minimize wound of gums when cleaning dental implants.
