The present invention relates to a laryngeal mask free airway device for an endoscopy surgery under sedation, capable of securing a free airway and checking spontaneous respiration. According to the present invention, the laryngeal mask free airway device comprises: a laryngeal mask and endoscopy guide unit (300) including a laryngeal mask piece (310) placed at an inlet of the larynges of a patient and a support band (330) to secure an opened state of an airway and guide insertion of an endoscopy probe into the throat； an airway unit (200) including a tube (210) connected to the laryngeal mask piece (310) to supply external air towards the airway of the patient and allowing a spontaneous respiration state of the patient to be checked through an inlet hole (211)； and a mouse piece unit (100) protecting the tube (210) of the airway unit (200) inserted into the oral cavity and the endoscopy probe entering the throat through the oral cavity from teeth, and dividing the same to prevent interference therebetween during an endoscopy surgery. The laryngeal mask and endoscopy guide unit (300) comprises: the laryngeal mask piece (310) formed in a flat oval disc shape to be installed at the inlet of the larynges of the oral cavity； a tube coupling hole (311) perforated on an edge of the laryngeal mask piece (310) to allow the tube (210) of the airway unit (200) to be installed； an air inlet hole (313) to supply the external air supplied from the tube (210) to the oral cavity and the airway as the tube coupling hole (311) is extended to be exposed to a groove formed on the outer surface of the laryngeal mask piece (310)； and an endoscope guide hole (320) concavely formed on a surface facing the air inlet hole (313) and guiding insertion of the endoscopy probe inserted into the oral cavity towards the throat.본 발명은 환자의 후두입구에 위치하는 후두마스크편(310)과, 기도의 개방상태 확보와 내시경프로브의 식도삽입의 유도를 이루는 지지밴드(330)로 이루어지는 후두마스크 및 내시경유도부(300)； 상기 후두마스크편(310)에 연결되어 외부공기가 환자의 기도측으로 공급되며 환자의 자율호흡상태가 유입홀(211)
