A biological information generation method for generating graphic information for diagnosing a biological condition of a subject by using an olfactory stimulant includes: a step of classifying, according to a height of a polarity and a charged state, fragrant components capable of constituting olfactory stimulants into N classifications; a step of associating the fragrant components of each classification with an action thereof; a step of determining an unpleasure degree for olfactory stimulation given to the subject with respect to the N types of the olfactory stimulants; a step of assigning a correlation coefficient of the classification according to a main component in the N types of the olfactory stimulants and the actions associated with the corresponding classifications; and a step of generating graphic information for illustrating the biological condition of the subject with respect to each of the classifications.
