The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for manufacturing mineral salt from seawater and, more particularly, to an apparatus and method for manufacturing mineral salt from seawater, which perform primary atomization by colliding air with seawater and secondary atomization by colliding seawater with seawater, thereby maximizing the efficiency of seawater atomization. According to the present invention, the apparatus for manufacturing mineral salt from seawater comprises a seawater mineralizing apparatus including: a seawater condensing tank for condensing seawater; a seawater heating tank for heating the condensed seawater and supplying the heated seawater; an air supplying tank for supplying air heated through an air heating tank; a drying chamber defining a space therein for drying the heated seawater; an intake pipe inserted and installed in one side of the drying chamber, and formed of a first passage into which the seawater heated from the seawater heating tank enters, and a second passage into which the air supplied from the air supplying tank enters; and a mixing nozzle, one end of which is connected to the intake pipe and the other end of which has a colliding portion formed thereon at which the seawater collides together, and which is formed of a seawater discharging portion and an air discharging portion connected to the first passage and the second passage, respectively.La présente invention concerne un appareil et un procédé de fabrication de sels minéraux à partir d'eau de mer, et, plus particulièrement, un appareil et un procédé de fabrication de sels minéraux à partir d'eau de mer, qui procèdent à une atomisation primaire par collision d'air avec de l'eau de mer et à une atomisation secondaire par collision d'eau de mer avec de l'eau de mer, en augmentant ainsi au maximum l'efficacité de l'atomisation de l'eau de mer.
