The present invention provides a vaccine vector comprising a bovine herpes virus-1 (BoHV-1) genome which is genetically modified to express genetic material encoding an antigen from one or more bovine pathogens associated with bovine respiratory disease complex and which ameliorates disease conditions caused thereby. Genetic material encoding the one or more antigens is inserted between polyadenylation signals of converging genes.
