This deglutition simulation device (100A) is provided with: a head and neck modeling unit (10) for forming a dynamic three-dimensional head and neck model (10a) comprising the head and neck organs an organ movement setting unit (30) for setting the movements of each of the head and neck organs in the head and neck model (10a) an orally ingested article physical property setting unit (40) for setting an orally ingested article, serving as an analysis subject, and physical properties thereof an input unit (81) for inputting into the oral cavity a simulated orally ingested article (20) obtained by modeling the orally ingested article a movement analysis unit (50) for using a particle process to analyze, in three-dimensional space, the movement of each of the head and neck organs in the head and neck model (10a) and the behavior during deglutition of the simulated orally ingested article (20) and a display unit (82) for displaying on a video screen the results of analyzing the movement of each of the head and neck organs and the behavior during deglutition of the simulated orally ingested article (20) as analyzed by the movement analysis unit (50).Cette invention concerne un dispositif de simulation de la déglutition facilitant la reproduction approximative dun phénomène relatif à la déglutition, et permettant de quantifier les propriétés physiques dun article ingéré et les quantités physiques impliquées dans ce comportement.
