The present invention relates to an ultrasonic cutter assembly, which comprises: an ultrasonic cutter (100) having a clip tip (130) inserted into a human body to grip a part of the human body, or to cut a part of a subject； and a suction module (200) coupled to the ultrasonic cutter (100), and sucking smoke generated when the clip tip (130) cuts the human body by a negative pressure to discharge the same to the outside. The ultrasonic cutter (100) includes: a handle unit (110)； a receiving pipe (120) coupled to the handle unit (110)； and a clip tip (130) provided at an end of the receiving pipe (120), and gripping or cutting the subject by manipulation of the handle unit (110).
