Disclosed is a food dehydrator combined with a sterilization dehydrator, capable of sharply improving drying efficiency by optimizing and equalizing hot air circulation action and minimizing a temperature deviation between trays containing an object to be dried, and drying and sterilizing various articles at the same time using a UV germicidal lamp.
