The photography evaluation/detection unit comprises a portable terminal and an optical device mounted on the portable terminal via an attachment member and allows extraction of an abnormal part to be photographed. The optical device further comprises a main body part and an illumination part. The main body part further comprises: a filter part which is disposed in a location corresponding to a photography part, is configured in a detachable sliding form, and which passes only light of a desired wavelength and a lens part which is disposed on the front face side of the filter part. The photography part photographs an image extracting the abnormal part to be photographed, via the filter part.
