Various materials and structures that may be included to impart circular bending stiffness within a Front Hip Flex Zone are disclosed. While the relatively thin design may provide for wearer comfort and economy in packaging and shipping, the imparted stiffness may help improve fit characteristics and fastener attachment integrity
