The first leg (161) is configured to translate through the housing (20) in response to movement of the movable handle (40) relative to the housing (20). The second leg (162) is configured to translate through the housing (20) in cooperation with the first leg (161) to move the drive member (142) longitudinally when a force acting on the drive member (142) is less than a threshold force, and to remain in fixed position, thereby tensioning the torsion spring (160) and retaining the drive member (142) in fixed position when the force acting on the drive member (142) is equal to or exceeds the threshold force.
