The present invention relates to a method for the image compression and pre-diagnosis of a three-dimensional remote ultrasonic diagnosis apparatus and more specifically, to a method which performs a loss compression or a lossless compression according to communication situations of a data transmission unit in the three-dimensional ultrasonic diagnosis apparatus capable of a remote diagnosis and determines normality or abnormality by analyzing characteristics of data after the compression.
