PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice dishing device for continuously dishing rice by a predetermined amount, which can easily adjust a relative position of a supply position for loosening and supplying rice, and a dishing position for a carried container, and the dishing position for rice can be aligned to a proper position, thereby problems such as deviation of a dishing state and deterioration of a dishing appearance can be suppressed.SOLUTION: A rice dishing device comprises: a storage unit a supply unit a transport unit a support frame 22 for supporting the supply unit so that a supply port 230 of the supply unit is positioned on a predetermined supply position and variable means for varying a plane support position supported by the support frame 22.
