The object of the present invention is to provide a tumor treatment agent and kit excellent in antitumor effect as compared with commercially available gemcitabine, taxane phosphorylation antitumor agent and their combination therapy. According to the present invention, there is provided a tumor therapeutic agent comprising a liposome composition containing gemcitabine or a salt thereof in liposome and a combination of a cytotoxic antitumor agent.본 발명의 과제는, 시판되고 있는 젬시타빈, 탁세인계 항종양제 및 그들의 병용 요법과 비교하여, 항종양 효과가 우수한 종양 치료제 및 키트를 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 리포솜에 젬시타빈 또는 그 염을 내포한 리포솜 조성물과 탁세인계 항종양제를 조합하여 이루어지는 종양 치료제가 제공된다.
