The present invention relates to a manual driver for fixing a dental implant which comprises: a handle body which is gripped by a user a head unit which is installed to be able to rotate relative to the handle body, and in which an insertion hole for inserting and installing the implant head having threads is formed at one end and a forward turning operation unit which is installed in the handle body in order to be combined with or separated from the other end of the head unit and combines with the head unit by linear operation towards the handle body of an operation button which is installed to be exposed to the handle body, thereby turning and linearly moving the head unit.
