The present invention relates to a folder type skin patch assembly which comprises: a base(110), a skin patch(120) adhered to the upper surface of the base(110)； a protective cover(130) protecting the skin patch(120)； and an adhesive strip(140) which is partly adhered to one side of the base(11) and the other side of the protective cover(130) and is capable of enabling the protective cover(130) to be folded or spread out on the base(110).
