Provided is a piercing needle-equipped cannula which is fitted with a piercing needle in advance and which prevents a deformation of a slit part by the piercing needle from remaining after removal of the piercing needle. This piercing needle-equipped cannula (100) has: a cannula (10) used to pierce an eyeball in eye surgery； a cap (13) made of a resin, having a slit (13a), and provided in the cannula (10)； and a piercing needle (15) attached to the cannula (10). The piercing needle (15) includes a needle body portion (15c) on the tip side, a base portion (15d) on the base end side, and a slit penetrating portion (15s) that penetrates the slit (13a) while joining the needle body portion (15c) and the base portion (15d) to each other. The cross-sectional area of the slit penetrating portion (15s) is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the thickest part of the needle body portion (15c).
