The present invention relates to a real-time parathyroid imaging apparatus which includes a light source including an excitation filter capable of exciting a parathyroid, and a camera including an emission filter with a transmittance ratio of a visible light region to a near-infrared light emitting wavelength region of N:1 (wherein, N is smaller than 1) and an image sensor. The present invention allows a surgeon to obtain an auto-fluorescent image of the parathyroid using a near-infrared light source in real time during surgery and to use an autofocus function and can implement a system in which visible light and near-infrared auto-fluorescent images are simultaneously fused and acquired without turning off a lamp of an operating room.본 발명은 부갑상선 실시간 이미징 장치에 관한 것으로, 부갑상선을 여기할 수 있는 여기필터(excitation filter)를 포함하는 광원, 가시광선 영역과 근적외선 방출 파장 영역의 투과율 비가 N:1(여기서 N <； 1임.)인 방출필터(emission filter) 및 이미지 센서를 포함하는 카메라를 포함한다.본 발명을 통하여 술자가 수술 중에 실시간으로 근적외선 광원을 사용하여 부갑상선의 자가형광 이미지를 획득할 수 있고, 자동초점 기능을 사용하며, 수술실의 소등없이, 가시광선 및 근적외선 자가형광 영상이 동시에 융합되어 획득되는 시스템을 구현할 수 있다.
