PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology to accurately estimate a pulse rate even when an SN ratio is not good or a frequency component according to a period of a pulse rate does not appear as a conspicuous peak.SOLUTION: There is provided a pulse rate estimation device including a signal acquisition part and a pulse rate estimation part. The signal acquisition part acquires an observation signal indicating vibration generated in a body due to a heartbeat.
