<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a charcoal-kneaded granular material effectively usable for efficient growth of plants, purification of water, deodorization, humidity adjustment and prevention of termite each for houses/buildings while effectively utilizing wastes. <；P>；SOLUTION: The method for producing a charcoal-kneaded granular material includes kneading a resin and a plant material under the condition at the temperature of 300-400°；C, and pulverizing the kneaded material. The method has such a merit as to carbonize the plant material by kneading it at a high temperature of 300-400°；C and thereby bring air permeability, water retention and adsorption to the carbonized plant material. The kneaded material is pulverized to turn into a material favorable to environment for growing plants, so that the kneaded material is pulverized into 0.1-5 mm. Non-ethylenic synthetic resin represented by polypropylene, polyethylene or PET is usable as the resin, and the plant material represented by wheat straw, rice straw, chaff, wood chip or sawdust is usable as the plant material. <；P>；COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
