PURPOSE: A portable electrocardiogram measuring device is provided to precisely measure the biological momentum of a patient by using information input into a sensor unit. CONSTITUTION: A portable electrocardiogram measuring device includes a sensor unit and a diagnosis unit. The sensor unit includes an electrode (110), an acceleration sensor (120), a global positioning system (GPS) receiver (130), and a height sensor (140). The electrode detects an electrocardiogram signal. The acceleration sensor measures the motion of an examinee. The GPS receiver measures the position of the examinee. The height sensor measures the height of the examinee. The diagnosis unit includes a movement discriminator (310) and an error detector (320). The movement discriminator discriminates the movement method of the examinee from the GPS receiver. The error detector determines the abnormality of the electrocardiogram of the examinee by using information input into the sensor unit.
