Provided are a system and a method for controlling moisture in a culture medium for mushroom cultivation using a bottle. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the system for controlling moisture in a culture medium for mushroom cultivation using a bottle comprises: a mushroom culture medium material hopper, and a mushroom culture medium mixer separately receiving the mushroom culture medium material and water from a water storage tank and mixing the mushroom culture medium material and the water； a measurement unit measuring the weight of the mushroom culture medium mixer by using a load cell； an input unit determining the feed rate of the mushroom culture medium material and the total amount of the mushroom culture medium to be manufactured, and determining the start of water supply； a solenoid valve controlling the water supply of the water storage tank； and a control unit calculating a moisture content depending on the result of measurement of the measurement unit, and controlling the opening and closing of the solenoid value depending on the moisture content on the basis of the determination of the input unit.버섯 병 재배용 배지 수분 조절 시스템 및 그 방법이 제공된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 버섯 병 재배용 배지 수분 조절 시스템은 버섯 배지 원료 호퍼 및 저수조로부터 버섯 배지 원료 및 물을 각각 공급받아 혼합하는 버섯 배지 혼합기, 버섯 배지 혼합기의 중량을 로드셀을 이용하여 측정하는 계량부, 버섯 배지 원료의 공급량 및 제조할 버섯 배지 총량의 설정, 및 물의 공급 개시를 설정하는 입력부, 저수조의 물 공급을 제어하는 솔레노이드 밸브, 및 계량부의 측정 결과에 따라 함수율을 산출하고, 입력부의 설정을 기반하여 함수율에 따라 솔레노이드 밸브의 개폐를 제어하는 제어부를 포함한다.
