PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray computerized tomography diagnosis apparatus, where both of its optimum tomography timing function and complicated inspection process have been improved by optimizing tomography conditions based on contrast medium conditions.SOLUTION: In the X-ray computerized tomography diagnosis apparatus where bolus tracking is done prior to the main scanning with a contrast medium to obtain diagnostic tomogram, a gantry controller 31 in a computer system 3 measures the time from the start of contrast medium injection to the end of bolus tracking and according to the measured time, changes the timing of start of tomography for main scanning.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】造影剤条件を基に、該撮影条件を最適化することにより最適なタイミングを合わせる機能と検査の煩雑化を改善したX線コンピュータ断層撮影診断装置を提供することである。【解決手段】造影剤を用いて診断用の断層像を撮影するためのメインスキャンに先立ってボーラストラッキングを行うX線コンピュータ断層撮影診断装置に於いて、コンピュータ装置3内のガントリ制御部31は、造影剤注入開始からボーラストラッキング終了までの時間を計測し、この計測された時間に応じて、メインスキャンの撮影開始タイミングを変更する。【選択図】図1
