To provide a technique for controlling a ventilation fan for ventilating the inside of a house main unit to control an internal temperature of the house main unit to a target temperature.SOLUTION: A house controller 100 of the present disclosure controls an inner temperature of a house main unit by controlling at least one ventilation fan 30, 32, 34 installed in at least one end of opposite ends of a house main unit 12 in a longitudinal direction for ventilating an interior of the house main unit in an agricultural house 10 for growing crops 2. The house controller 100 comprises an environment acquisition unit 102 and a control unit 104. The environment acquisition unit acquires environment information inside and outside of the house main unit including at least the internal temperature, an external temperature of the house main unit, and solar radiation quantity.
