PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide wrap veil wet feed, and a method and apparatus that can quickly and efficiently produce the wrap veil wet feed.SOLUTION: The present invention provides wet feed comprising: compressed feed made of a feed mixture of short fragmented feedstuff, such as dry pasture and rice straw, and food processing by-products, such as brewers grain and bean curd refuse； and a wrap veil therearound comprising a spiral longitudinal winding of a plastic film, and a lateral winding of a plastic film with the full width overlying the longitudinal winding. The present invention also provides an apparatus for producing the wrap veil wet feed comprising: a spiral longitudinal winding station which forms the spiral longitudinal winding around the compressed feed such that a layer of a plastic film wound around a nozzle of an extruder partly beyond the nozzle is pulled out from the inside by the compressed feed extruded through the extrusion nozzle of the extruder； and a lateral winding station which laterally winds a plastic film with the full width around the spirally longitudinally wound compressed feed.【課題】ラップベールウエット飼料、かかるラップベールウエット飼料を迅速且つ効率的に生産することができる方法及び装置を提供する。【解決手段】乾燥牧草、稲わら等の短尺切断飼料材料とビール粕や豆腐粕等の食品副産物との混合飼料の飼料圧縮物に、その周りのプラスチックフィルムの螺旋状縦巻きとその上に重なるプラスチックフィルムの全幅での横巻きとで構成されるラップベールを有するウエット飼料を提供し、かつ押出機のノズルに一部はみ出して巻かれたプラスチックフィルムの層が，押出機の押出ノズルを通して押し出される飼料圧縮物によって内側から引き出されて飼料圧縮物に螺旋縦巻きを形成する螺旋縦巻きステーションと、螺旋縦巻きされた飼料圧縮物にプラスチックフィルムを全幅で横巻きする横巻きステーションとを含むラップベールウエット飼料の製造装置を提供する。【選択図】図１
